      2. Orders & Confirmation
        • Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and the customer approves
          the final artwork/mockup.
        • Roar Promo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product
          unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.
      3. Pricing & Payment
        • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
        • Additional charges may apply for shipping, taxes, setup fees, customization, or import duties.
        • Payment Method: We accept secure payments via Stripe, which supports major credit/debit
          cards and international currencies.
        • Payment must be completed before production or shipment.
      4. Artwork & Customization
        • Customers are responsible for providing accurate logos, designs, and text.
        • Production begins only after final approval of digital proofs.
        • Roar Promo is not liable for errors in approved artwork.
        • Changes after approval may incur additional fees and production delays.
      5. Production & Shipping
        • Production times vary based on product type, quantity, and customization complexity.
        • Shipping Options:
          • USA
            • Standard: 5–10 business days
            • Express: 2–5 business days
          • Canada
            • Standard: 6–12 business days
            • Express: 3–6 business days
          • United Kingdom
            • Standard: 5–9 business days
            • Express: 2–5 business days
            • Delivery times are estimates. Roar Promo is not responsible for delays caused by couriers,
              customs, or force majeure events.
      6. Returns & Refunds
        • Customized or branded items: Non-returnable and non-refundable except for manufacturing
          defects or incorrect fulfillment.
        • Non-custom items: Returns accepted within 7–14 days if unused and in original packaging.
        • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
      7. Intellectual Property
        • All website content, including logos, graphics, images, text, and designs, are owned by Roar
          Promo unless otherwise stated.
        • Customers confirm they have the legal right to use submitted logos, artwork, and trademarks.
        • Unauthorized use of Roar Promo content is prohibited.
      8. Privacy & Data Protection
        • Customer information is used only for order processing, communication, and service
          improvement.
        • Roar Promo complies with USA (CCPA), Canada (PIPEDA), and UK (GDPR) privacy regulations.
        • Payment data is handled securely by Stripe; Roar Promo does not store card details.
      9. Limitation of Liability
        • Roar Promo’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased products.
        • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or
          business interruptions.
        • Minor variations in color, size, material, or print placement are considered industry standard
          and not defects.
      10. Force Majeure
        • Roar Promo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable
          control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation issues, customs delays, or
          political unrest.
      11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
        • These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom,
          depending on the customer’s location.
        • Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction of the customer.
      12. Modifications
        • Roar Promo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
        • Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
