• Orders are considered confirmed only after payment clearance and final approval of artwork or mockups.
• Roar Promo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or policy violations.

• A minimum 50% advance payment is required before production starts.
• Full payment may be required for customized, imported, or bulk orders.
• Remaining balance must be completed before dispatch or delivery.
• Late payments may result in production or delivery delays.

• A digital artwork proof or mockup will be provided for customer review and approval before production begins.
• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork details, including spelling, layout, logo placement, imprint size, colors, product details, and other customization specifications before approval.
• Production will begin only after final artwork approval is received from the customer.
• Once artwork has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. If changes can be accommodated, additional setup, production, material, or other applicable charges may apply, and the production timeline may be extended.
• Colors shown on digital proofs are for reference and may vary from the final product due to differences in screens, materials, printing methods, inks, and manufacturing processes.
• Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific Pantone (PMS) color match is requested, confirmed as available for the selected product and imprint method, and accepted in writing. Additional charges may apply.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted logos, artwork, trademarks, text, and other content are accurate and authorized for use.
• Roar Promo will produce the order according to the final approved artwork. Roar Promo is not responsible for errors or specifications that were present in and approved on the final proof.

• Production timelines vary depending on product type, order quantity, and customization method.
• Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier delays, holidays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Urgent orders may incur rush production charges.

• Slight variations in color, print placement, embroidery, material texture, sizing, or finishing may occur during production.
• Digital screens may display colors differently from physical products.
• Such minor variations are considered industry standard and not defects.

• Customized or branded items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Refunds or replacements are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims must include clear photos or videos as proof.
• Roar Promo reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approval.

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier operations, weather, customs, location, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Roar Promo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been dispatched.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or courier handover, as applicable.

• Corporate, reseller, and bulk orders may receive custom pricing and separate agreements.
• Samples may differ slightly from final bulk production.
• Bulk quantity tolerance of ±5% may apply for certain products.

• Customers confirm that they have the legal rights or necessary authorization to use all submitted logos, trademarks, designs, artwork, and other intellectual property.
• Roar Promo is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations arising from customer-provided content.

• Unless otherwise requested in writing, Roar Promo may use completed work, product photos, or mockups for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.

• Certain products may become unavailable without prior notice.
• If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Roar Promo may offer an equivalent or comparable alternative subject to customer approval.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roar Promo’s liability relating to an order is limited to the value of the affected purchased products.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Roar Promo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, production delays, or delayed delivery.

Roar Promo shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, import restrictions, pandemics, transportation disruptions, supplier disruptions, or similar events.
