      These terms apply to all retail, corporate, wholesale, and custom promotional orders.
   2. Quotations & Pricing
      • All quotations are valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise mentioned.
      • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to material, import, or production cost
        fluctuations.
      • Shipping, taxes, setup charges, and customization fees may be charged separately unless
        included in the quotation.
   3.  Order Confirmation
      • Orders are considered confirmed only after payment clearance and final approval of
        artwork/mockups.
      • Roar Promo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing
        errors, or policy violations.
   4. Payment Terms
      • A minimum 50% advance payment is required before production starts.
      • Full payment may be required for customized, imported, or bulk orders.
      • Remaining balance must be completed before dispatch or delivery.
      • Late payments may result in production or delivery delays.
   5. Artwork & Customization Approval

   6. Production Timeline
      • Production timelines vary depending on product type, order quantity, and customization
        method.
      • Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by supplier delays, holidays,
        shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.
      • Urgent orders may incur rush production charges.
   7. Product Variations
      • Slight variations in color, print placement, embroidery, material texture, sizing, or finishing may
        occur during production.
      • Digital screens may display colors differently from physical products.
      • Such minor variations are considered industry standard and not defects.
   8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
      • Customized or branded items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
      • Refunds or replacements are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced
        items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
      • Claims must include clear photos/videos as proof.
      • Roar Promo reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approval.
   9. Shipping & Delivery
      • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary by courier, weather, customs, or location.
      • Roar Promo is not liable for courier delays once orders are dispatched.
      • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery or courier handover.
   10. Corporate & Bulk Orders
       • Corporate, reseller, and bulk orders may receive custom pricing and separate agreements.
       • Samples may differ slightly from final bulk production.
       • Bulk quantity tolerance of ±5% may apply for certain products.
   11. Intellectual Property
       • Customers confirm they have legal rights to use submitted logos, trademarks, designs, and
         artwork.
       • Roar Promo is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-
         provided content.
   12. Marketing Usage
       • Unless otherwise requested in writing, Roar Promo may use completed work, product photos, or
         mockups for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.
   13. Product Availability
       • Certain products may become unavailable without notice.
       • In such cases, equivalent alternatives may be offered after customer approval.
   14. Limitation of Liability
       • Roar Promo’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased products only.
       • Roar Promo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product
         use or delayed delivery.
   15. Force Majeure
       Roar Promo shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable
       control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, import restrictions, pandemics, or
       transportation disruptions.
   16. Website Content &  Accuracy
       • Product images shown on the website are for reference purposes only.
       • Product specifications, colors, and packaging may vary slightly from actual items.
       • Roar Promo reserves the right to update product information, pricing, or website content at any
         time.
   17. Privacy & Customer Information
       Customer information submitted through the website or order process will be used solely for order
       processing, communication, and service improvement purposes and will not be sold to third parties.
