Artwork files can be uploaded during the ordering process or emailed directly to your Roar Promo
representative. For best print quality, vector artwork is strongly recommended.

Please include:

• • Company logo or artwork files
  • PMS color references if applicable
  • Preferred imprint location
  • Any special instructions for sizing or placement

If vector artwork is unavailable, Roar Promo may be able to assist with artwork recreation or cleanup
services for an additional fee.

Digital proofs are provided for approval before production starts. Orders are not processed until the
proof is approved by the customer.

Many products support PMS color matching for better brand consistency, though exact color matches
cannot always be guaranteed across all materials and imprint methods.
