What products does Roar Promo offer?
Roar Promo provides a wide range of promotional products including drinkware, apparel, bags, office
supplies, tech accessories, outdoor products, wellness items, and custom branded merchandise for
businesses, schools, events, and organizations.
Can I customize products with my logo or design?
Yes. Most products can be customized with logos, slogans, artwork, or branding using methods such as
screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, heat transfer, UV printing, or debossing depending on the
product.
What are the details of ordering and artwork?
Once you select your product and quantity, Roar Promo will prepare a quote and digital proof for
approval before production begins. Pricing may vary based on product type, quantity, imprint colors,
and decoration method.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully, including artwork placement, spelling,
colors, and sizing. Production begins only after final proof approval.
Preferred artwork formats include AI, EPS, editable PDF, SVG, or other vector-based files. High-
resolution PNG or JPG files may also be accepted for certain imprint methods. Additional artwork setup
or cleanup charges may apply if files require modification.
Production times typically begin after proof approval and payment confirmation where applicable.
Standard production generally ranges from 5–10 business days depending on the product and order
size.
How to provide artwork?
Artwork files can be uploaded during the ordering process or emailed directly to your Roar Promo
representative. For best print quality, vector artwork is strongly recommended.
Please include:
Company logo or artwork files
PMS color references if applicable
Preferred imprint location
Any special instructions for sizing or placement
If vector artwork is unavailable, Roar Promo may be able to assist with artwork recreation or cleanup
services for an additional fee.
Do you provide digital proofs?
Yes. Digital proofs are provided for approval before production starts. Orders are not processed until the
proof is approved by the customer.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and customization method.
How long does production take?
Standard production typically takes 5–10 business days after final proof approval. Larger or highly
customized orders may require additional time.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush production and expedited shipping may be available on select products for an additional
charge.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Product samples may be available upon request. Shipping charges may apply.
What shipping methods are available?
Roar Promo ships through major carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight providers depending on
the order size and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping may be available on select products. Additional duties, taxes, and shipping fees
may apply.
Can I reorder a previous item?
Yes. Existing artwork and previous order information can often be reused for repeat orders.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact Roar Promo promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and work toward an
appropriate resolution or replacement.
Are PMS color matches available?
Many products support PMS color matching for better brand consistency, though exact color matches
cannot always be guaranteed across all materials and imprint methods.
Can orders be changed or canceled?
Orders may be modified or canceled before production begins. Once production has started, changes or
cancellations may no longer be possible.
